Offering a fixed consultancy fee (just select from one of the options) to provide certainty as you allocate your budget removes any anxiety of extra charges or over runs on consultancy charges. Also to relieve pressures on your cash-flow, the fee is spread out into monthly payments for the anticipated duration of the project.

COMPLETE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE
Provide consultancy services during the structural design and building process, as well as helping you choose the finishing touches. This includes:
- Interior and Exterior Colour Scheme
- Liaising with your Kitchen/bathroom/laundry designer with cabinetry selections and finishes, handles and tap-ware
- Flooring selections – polished concrete, carpet, tiles, timber and cork – coordinating all to create balance and harmony
- Lighting selections
- Window treatments
- Custom designed and pre-made furniture. Headboard selections and placement
- Sourcing and hanging of art
- Rugs – hand knotted, wool, nylon, silk and linen blends sized to suit
- Space planning, accessorizing and styling
The aim is to work with; the space, materials, colours, textures, furniture and art, skillfully blending all to create a balance which is visually pleasing and fully functional and meets your brief.
Consultancy Fee: $1,700.00 + GST ($1,955.00) allocated across six monthly payments of $283.33 ($325.83)

FOUNDATION INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICE
Provide consultancy services prior to the structural design and building process starting or for a renovation or revamp to give you the foundations for your interior design. This is to include:
- Interior and Exterior Colour Scheme
- Liaising with your Kitchen/bathroom/laundry designer with cabinetry selections and finishes, handles and tap-ware
- Flooring selections – polished concrete, carpet, tiles, timber and cork – coordinating all to create balance and harmony
Consultancy Fee: $850.00 + GST ($977.50) allocated across two monthly payments of $425.00 ($488.75)
Note: For client/site visits outside Tauranga City Boundaries an additional travel charge may apply.
